War hero Timothy Michael Poe auditions in Austin Texas for judges Sharon Osbourne, Howard Stern and Howie Mandel during season seven of AMERICA’S GOT TALENT.
Poe, 35, spent 14 years in the military before he was nearly killed by a grenade in Afghanistan in 2009. The attack broke his back and left him with a brain injury that seriously impairs his speech — but not his singing.
His cover of “If Tomorrow Never Comes” moved the crowd to tears and earned him a one way ticket to Las Vegas.
