Ashleigh, 17, and Pudsey perform on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ in 2012
Ashleigh and Pudsey — the most recent winners of “Britain’s Got Talent” — and DJ sensation Havana Brown will be the featured guest performers on Wednesday night’s live results episode of AMERICA’S GOT TALENT.
Brown is expected to perform her current single “We Run The Night.”
Pudsey, a dancing mutt — he’s part Bichon Frise, Border Collie and Chinese Crested — and teenage partner Ashleigh Butler will deliver a Charleston routine that made them fan favorites on BGT.
This is their first-ever visit to New York, and they’ll see the sights after tomorrow’s “AGT” appearance — which will be right up Pudsey’s alley.
“The bigger the crowd and the more they cheer Pudsey, the better his performance,” Butler told The Post. (She’s trained Pudsey since he was a pup.) “To get a dog to perform like Pudsey does, he has to want to do it.
“I think he’d do anything for me — he always wants to please.”
Pudsey (whose name derives from Pudsey Bear, the BBC’s Children in Need mascot) is “writing” a book about his life. “It’s his story from when he was a puppy, and how he always wanted to dance,” Butler says. “It’s sort of a family book for everyone.”
And there could be a movie or two in his future.
“I think Pudsey is perfect for film work. We haven’t had any offers yet, but you never know,” Butler says.
