A mysterious illness has sidelined Sharon Osbourne – just a week before ‘America’s Got Talent’ is scheduled to begin airing it’s live episodes!
Mrs. O. came down with flu-like symptoms on Friday and after a long and uncomfortable Independence Day weekend, decided to take the next three days off from her day job as co-host of the CBS daytime series “The Talk.”
Sharon, 58, broke the news to her fans late last night via Twitter, posting: “Really not feeling any better. Going to go see the doctor and taking the week off The Talk. Back next Monday.”
It was a big weekend for the red-haired judge and rocker husband Ozzy. On Monday they celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary. Last week they listed their Hidden Hills, California mansion for sale at $12.9 Million.
Luckily, we hear Sharon is expected to be fully recovered by next Tuesday night when the top 48 contestants begin performing for America’s votes.
In the meantime, ‘AGT’ will show one more episode of auditions tonight at 8:00 PM EST, followed by the kickoff of Vegas Week shows at 9:00 PM.
