Four more acts have advanced to the semi-finals of AMERICA’S GOT TALENT.

In less than shocking fashion, America voted to send contortionist/dancer Alonzo “Turf” Jones, comic Tom Cotter and bluesy singer Tim Hockenberry through to the next round.

The evening’s only real drama came when judges Sharon Osbourne, Howard Stern and Howie Mandel were forced to decide between teen singer Danielle Stallings and aerial duo Donovan & Rebecca.

“Danielle, you are so young and so gifted and talented,” Howard said.  ”You are 14.  I think it is Donovan and Rebecca’s time. ”

But Sharon thought the young singer from Virginia deserved to move on:  ”14 years-old, all by yourself… it takes huge guts to get up there and do what you do.”

That left the deciding vote up to Howie.

“This is like comparing apples,” he said.  ”It is the hardest decision I have made this season… but I am going with Donovan & Rebecca.”

All four acts will be back to perform again in August.

Next Tuesday 12 more acts perform for America’s votes.
